The normal delivery time is 1-3 working days, but in about 90% of cases the order arrives the day after it is sent from us and we ship with DHL. If you place your order before 10.00 on a weekday, your package will be packed and sent the same day.
With us, you always have 14 days of open purchase and right of withdrawal on your goods, even on discounted products. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the goods. However, a prerequisite for the right of withdrawal to apply is that the product is unused and undamaged when we receive it with patches and / or other protection not removed. You have the right to open the packaging to check the functioning of the goods within reasonable limits, but the goods may not be used. However, in the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping (69 SEK when using the return shipping documents provided by us).
